  The worst experience ever! I walked in as happy as can be, said good morning, got no response....the way the man was talking to me, made me feel like he didnt want to help me at all....he asked me if i moved to kansas just to get married, never in my life have i been so disrespected! Please hire new friendly people....

  I m glad I had the encounter I did before I made the mistake of getting my taxes done here. I made an appointment online to have my taxes done with a senior tax analyst. I specifically chose this person because of the amount of time they had been working for the company and the expirence they had. 15 minutes prior to leaving I checked my online H&R Block account to find that the person I selected to do my taxes had been replaced with another person. This individual had worked there only a short period of time and did not have near the amount of training as the person I selected. The company never emailed me, called, or in anyway tried to inform me that they had changed the person I had made my appointment with. If I wanted to make an appointment with that person I would have asked specifically for that person. I believe they just put the names down of their senior analysts to make it seem as if you have a qualified expiremced individual working on your taxes. Then last minute they'll go behind your back and change your appointment to someone they just recently trained. Never have I got my taxes done here and never will I. It would be professional to call or email the customer and inform them you have changed who they scheduled their appointment with, instead of letting them assume they have a choice on who prepares their taxes and then changing it up last minute. Very unprofessional.
