- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Wasted 2 days trying to renew a driver's license, wouldn't accept a mortgage statement, a credit card statement, insurance statement, bank statement as proof of address. Had to be a utility bill which are in my husband's name, to which they said tough luck. Went to Salina DMV and had it resolved within three hour. Please do not waste your time at this DMV, make the short drive over and save yourself a ton of headaches.By Amber Price, September 04, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I just wonder are they working for government or themself. Government pay for them , but they do nothing . I go there renew my driver license ,after they ask for my passport , she let me see in a terrible machine , I can not see clearly , I do not know she want to check my eye , I have the right glasses in my car . I told her I can not see clear with this glass , I have one in my car. She said you need to see an doctory and check you eye . What f$$k . I have glasses I can see that . - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This place is extremely worthless to go to. Took me 4 days to get the actual paperwork needed to get my license simply because every time I went they told me that I needed something different. On top of that, they are super picky when it comes to paperwork, when I got my ID back home it was fast and easy, here I couldn't do anything because the paperwork that I had for proof of address didn't have my second last name as it is on my birth certificate.
